Deleting your account

Last updated 21 October 2026

You can delete your Repertoire Studio account, and everything kept with it, at any time. Deleting can’t be undone: if you might want your repertoire again, export it first from the web app’s Settings → Export everything.

How to delete it

  • In the web app: Settings, the menu beside your name (…) → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect at once.
  • In the Android app: Settings → Account → Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.
  • By email: write to support@trivedh.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.

If you have a Pro or Ultra plan that renews, cancel it first where you subscribed, so that no further charge is made. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, and everything kept with it on every device: your repertoires and notes, training progress and streaks, settings (including linked Lichess and Chess.com usernames and any Lichess token), synced games and their analyses, the coach’s stories and reports, Blindspots drills, the summaries of your changes, your plan record and its use, and any reports you sent about the coach’s answers. On the device you delete from, the app signs out and removes its copy of the account.

What is kept

  • A record that the account was deleted, holding only its random ID and when, so that a late payment event (a plan running out, a refund) can’t write to it again.
  • Payment records, which Dodo Payments keeps as the Merchant of Record and which we keep as long as the law requires.
  • Our log of changes we made to your plan from our admin tools, kept as a business record.
  • Analytics data, which is linked only to a pseudonymous ID, never your name or email, and which Google Analytics deletes 14 months after your last use.
