Refund Policy

Repertoire Studio is free to use, so you can try everything that matters before paying. Paid purchases give immediate access to digital features and AI coach credits, so they are generally non-refundable. Here is how cancellations, refunds and billing mistakes work.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Nothing in your repertoire is deleted.
- We don’t refund partial or unused subscription periods.
AI coach credit packs
Credit packs are non-refundable. Their credits don’t expire while Repertoire Studio is running.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling in time, or charged in error, email support@trivedh.com within 60 days with the email address on your account and your receipt. We will refund mistaken charges in full.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. When you buy, you agree that access starts immediately; in places where a right to cancel a purchase of digital content exists, it ends once that access has begun.
Who processes refunds
Purchases are made through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which issues any refund to your original payment method under its Buyer Terms. If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us at support@trivedh.com before disputing it with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster.
